Personal data processing
according to EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR)

1. This document is to provide you, as a personal data controller - Since 2012 s.r.o., with registered office at Dopraváků 3, 184 00 Prague 8, ID No.: 29055148, registered in the Commercial Register kept at the Regional Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 163303 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"), within the meaning of Act No. 101 /2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Protection Act") and within the meaning of the General Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, we provide information about the processing of personal data and your rights related to the processing.
2. We process the following personal data:
- name and surname
- IP address and associated name
- email
- telephone number
3. Purpose of processing the above personal data:
- fulfilment of the contract resulting from the order
- to record the fulfilment of this information obligation or to give consent
- in the case of a registration created by you on our website for the purpose of processing the offer
- in case you give us your consent to process for marketing activities, for a period of 5 years for the purpose of contacting you to offer our products and services, including informing you about products, services, events, competitions, subscribing to our newsletter and sending you holiday cards
4. You may withdraw your consent to processing, which is not conditional on any other legitimate interest, at any time, for example by sending an email to city.game.prague@gmail.com, or a letter to the company contact details above, or by clicking the Unsubscribe button below these terms and conditions.
5. We may disclose your personal information to media, marketing and event agencies, members of our distribution network, server operators, and our info line. As part of the above processing, your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or other multinational companies. Upon request, your personal data may be provided to public authorities, in particular to courts, the Police of the Czech Republic and other law enforcement authorities to the extent necessary and within the limits of the law.
6. No automated decision-making based on personal data is involved in this processing.
7. Personal data may be subject to archiving in the public interest and used for scientific, historical or statistical research purposes.
8. Please note that under the Data Protection Act you have the right to:
withdraw your consent at any time, even before the expiry of the period for which it was granted; withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data before withdrawal of consent,
request information from us about what personal data we process about you,
to request that we extract personal data in a structured and machine-readable format for yourself or for another controller
request an explanation from us regarding the processing of your personal data,
require us to restrict or block the processing of personal data,
request access to that data from us and have that data updated or corrected,
require us to erase that personal data,
not be subject to automated decision-making,
